The Person Behind the HR

I'm Adnan Al Jabban, an HR Supervisor based in Damascus, Syria, passionate about transforming workplaces through thoughtful people management. My journey spans recruitment systems, policy development, and building organizational cultures that help people thrive.

Currently, I wear two hats: leading HR operations at Boulad Soft as HR Supervisor, and managing end-to-end recruitment for Imdad Company — from job posting through cultural integration. I've also designed and implemented HR policies and procedures from scratch for multiple organizations.

During the 2023 Syrian earthquake, I volunteered with Team Mulham, coordinating relief efforts and demonstrating that HR is ultimately about people — especially when it matters most.
